Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment clearing. Engraved items may take slightly longer, as they are made to order.

Delivery estimates

Estimates below start from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

• Within Saudi Arabia: 2-5 business days.
• GCC countries: 5-10 business days.
• Elsewhere: we will confirm an estimate before accepting the order.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight, and is shown before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we send you the carrier and tracking number. You can also ask us at any time on WhatsApp at +966 50 939 5729.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside Saudi Arabia, any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price shown.

Failed or delayed delivery

If a parcel does not arrive within ten business days of the estimate, contact us on WhatsApp at +966 50 939 5729 and we will trace it with the carrier. If it cannot be found, we replace or refund it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. We can change it before dispatch; afterwards, a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address can be resent at the customer's cost.
