What we sell

PetlyTag is a pet identification tag carrying a QR code and an NFC chip, together with a service that hosts a public profile page for your pet and notifies you when someone scans the tag.

The tag also carries a Bluetooth beacon that can be seen by third-party finding networks operated by Google and Apple. Those networks are not ours, and their coverage and behaviour are outside our control.

What PetlyTag is not

PetlyTag is not a GPS tracker and does not report your pet's position on its own. Location, where available, comes from a link you choose to share from Google Find Hub or Apple Find My.

We do not guarantee that a lost pet will be found. The service depends on somebody finding your pet and choosing to scan the tag.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish on your pet's profile, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your contact details are shown on the public page only while you have marked a pet as lost. You control that switch.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to publish unlawful content, impersonate another person, or interfere with its operation.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and include VAT at 15%. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available continuously but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and network faults can interrupt it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the products or the service is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to its courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
